They’re called Amazon Kindle Fire HD 6, Amazon Kindle Fire Amazon Kindle Fire HD 7 and HDX 8.9: are the new Amazon tablet
Today, Amazon has unveiled three new models of the Kindle Fire HD are available. One of which – Kindle Fire HDX – is a top range that you might like more than a little: it is called the Amazon Kindle Fire is a tablet HDX 8.9 and those that maybe you should keep eye, as it offers a fairly good value for money. Let’s start from its data sheet:
- HDX Display 8.9-inch (density of 339 ppi, 30% more than that of iPad);
- Quad-core processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 2.5 GHz;
- 4G LTE connectivity;
- Unlimited storage in the cloud;
- 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and stabilizer (f / 2.2);
- HD front-facing camera;
- Operating System: customized version of Android 4.4 Kitkat.
The price? 379 euro, which is certainly not a theft: as always happens, though, in this case, Amazon will send you advertising material; if not wanted, the 16 GB version will cost 464 euro.
Kindle Fire HD from 6:07-inch
The other two tablets, however, are Kindle Fire HD from 6:07 inches and is described as the “most powerful tablet less than a hundred dollars.” The versions that you can buy are two: an 8 and a 16 GB; what does it mean, then, that in the end the choice could fall on four tablets: Kindle Fire HD 6 8 GB, Kindle Fire HD 6 of 16 GB, Kindle Fire HD 7 to 8 GB, Kindle Fire HD 7 16GB. Let’s look the technical specifications:
- Display to 1280 x 800 (252 ppi);
- Quad-core 1.5 GHz;
- 2-megapixel rear camera;
- VGA front camera;
- Wi-Fi connectivity to a single band;
- Operating System: customized version of Android 4.4 Kitkat;
- Autonomy: “8 hours of mixed use.”
The new tablet from Amazon
All three tablets are resistant sunscreen and water (salt): The goal of Amazon was to make them perfect, or nearly so, because they are not completely waterproof, for days at the beach; in fact, the company, bringing water to his mill, defined them as two times safer iPad Mini and twenty times more than the other competitors.
